Clean water is life. So, why are they putting toxic fluoride into our water? And, what can we do to remove it?
So many of us were told that fluoride in our water protects our teeth – but did you know?
97% of the world does not put fluoride in their water and there is no difference in tooth decay between developed countries and those that do not add fluoride in their water!
Also get this.
Fluoride is an endocrine disruptor that can affect your brain, bones, thyroid gland, pineal gland and even your blood sugar levels.
In addition, studies link fluoride to brain damage and lower IQ in children.
I’ve even seen baby products marketed to contain fluoride. Like, what?!
For mental clarity and overall wellbeing and optimal health, it’s essential that we drink pure, clean water – without fluoride.
Distilled water is pure H2O water.
For years, I’ve been filtering my water but during all that time I never actually saw the leftover sediment and toxins pulled out during the filtration process.
When I started using a distilled water machine a few weeks ago, therefore, I was shocked to see for the first time the actual sediment and toxins removed during the distillation process.
I’m now even more committed to only drinking filtered water and I’m eager to share this knowledge with others so that you too become aware of what’s in your water – especially tap water! – and begin drinking only pure, filtered, clean water.
Fun Facts:
- Distilled water is 100% pure water – no toxins, no sediment.
- Distilled water carries a negative ion charge and binds with inorganic elements in the body, specifically heavy metals, to remove the heavy metals from the body. Fasting with distilled water, therefore, is an excellent way to remove heavy metals from the body. I’ll share more about distilled water fasting in a future video.
What Water Filter Do I Use?
If you don’t have a filtration system that you’re using, the simplest and most budget-friendly water filter is a Distilled Water Machine which uses electricity or a Berkey Water Filter. Personally, I recommend using both because you need them for different reasons.
The Berkey is a gravity-based filtration system, requiring zero electricity. It’s always a good idea to be prepared for any situation, especially if you’re camping or if there’s an emergency and for some reason you do not have electricity. Investing in both water filters is the best idea.
If I could only buy one, however, I would choose the Berkey Water Filter since it doesn’t require electricity.
On the Berkey Water Filter website, there is an option to buy the additional fluoride filter which I highly recommend.
If you would like a more permanently fixed water filter in your home, another recommended water filter is LivePristine. This filter requires installation and is a lot more expensive.
Investing in a quality water filter is one of the best investments you can make in your health.
Because it’s so important to me I always have access to clean water, no matter my location, I even travel with my Berkey Water Filter. I take it with me everywhere I go. Yes, it takes up space – it requires an extra piece of luggage. But the peace of mind I have, knowing that I always have a way to filter water even when I’m away from home, makes it 100% worth the inconvenience to carry extra baggage.
Clean water is life.
