How to Upload Photos to Flickr & WordPress from your Mobile Phone
It seems that lately I’ve been especially busy. As a result, I haven’t had time to update my WordPress blog. One thing that would definitely help me to update more frequently would be the ability to use my mobile phone to create content.
Since I have a Flickr account I went ahead and hooked it up with my blog, katrinah.com. Then, I followed the steps provided by Flickr to establish my own unique Flickr email address. I can email content directly to my Flickr account and to WordPress from my cameraphone. I’m using a Blackberry Pearl Flip to do this. Let’s see how well it works! This photo was taken at last week’s annual Full Circle Fund event. Dr. Mohammed Yunus, ‘banker to the poor’ and Nobel Prize winner, spoke at this event: inspiring!
If I had a Flickr Pro account, I imagine I could also create and upload a video blog post via mobile as well: so cool! : )
